Steven Fox-Middleton

Founder, Financial Advisor | CFP®, EA

Steven Fox-Middleton grew up in the high desert of the Northwest. He received his undergraduate degree from Boise State University and his MBA from the University of WA. He moved to Vancouver, WA in 1999, after two years overseas with the Peace Corps. After working in high volume manufacturing for the first decade of the new millennium, he transitioned to family and financial studies (Boston University).

Steven is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Enrolled Agent focused on investment advising and cashflow management.

Colleen Brundage

Tax Specialist

Colleen Brundage, an avid fisherwoman, relocated to the Vancouver area in the late 90’s.  She raised a family, and worked as a non-profit administrator, proir to becoming a tax preparer. Colleen has been a tax professional  for the last 15 years, with a focus on small business, personal, and estate/trust returns.

The CFP® certification process, administered by the CFP® Board, identifies those who have met rigorous professional standards and have agreed to adhere to the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence when dealing with clients.

An Enrolled Agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.
